Speakers at the ceremony were Prof. Dr Klavdija Kutnar, Rector, Dr Mara Cotič, Dean of the University of Primorska, Andrea Földvári-Oláh, Consul of the Republic of Hungary, Prof. Jiri Kocica, sculptor, and  Dr Tibor Zielinski, sculptor, associate professor.
