The international partnerships of the University of Nyíregyháza have been further extended.
On Monday, 27 November 2023, representatives of the Zaozhuang University of China visited the institution, where they discussed future cooperation opportunities with the leaders of the university. During the meeting, a cooperation agreement was signed.

On the 20th of November 2023, the SH Welcome Event and Award Ceremony for the Stipendium Hungaricum Student Excellence Award was held in Budapest. The event started with a warm welcome by Miklós Lengyel, Deputy State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

27 October, 2023

On the 24th of October, the University of Nyíregyháza and the university's management officially welcomed all the international students at an international welcome event. The event took place at the University's Great Lecture Hall of Building B, where Dr. György Szabó, Rector of the University of Nyíregyháza officially welcomed all the international students. The institution makes a conscious effort towards the integration of arrived students. 

13 October, 2023

On 10 October 2023, the staff of the International Relations Office, together with foreign students from the University of Nyíregyháza, took part in a bicycle tour of Tokaj. The tour was part of the Erasmus+ Days programme series promoting Erasmus+ international scholarships. The aim of the one-day event was to discover the cultural and historical heritage of Tokaj, in addition to the sporting activities.

On the 27th and 28th of September 2023, in order to increase the outgoing mobility of our students, we organized a 2-day motivational study trip with 20 students to visit the Partium Christian University in Oradea.
